1.) Work through everyday challenges
Communication issues. Procrastination. Getting work done while maintaining energy. Planning a workweek. Tackling big projects. Figuring out – do I even like this job? We will work through everyday blocking and tackling to work with your brain, not against it.
2.) Navigate a new diagnosis
Discovering a neurodivergence can rock your world. What does it mean? Which parts of me are me, and which parts of me are my diagnosis? Do I disclose at work? Do I ask for accommodations? You’re not alone, and we will work through it together.
3.) Release yourself from what “should” be
We all have ideas of how we “should” live our life – what we should do and how we should do it – and if we don’t, what terrible things it says about us. We work on living your life YOUR way – and making that OK.
